A Little Bit of This & That

I really hope I get the oooommmmpphh to create today. I need to. I have to. I get down in the dumps depressed if I don't get time to play. Besides, you all need something new to look at here once in a while, huh?

But in the meanwhile, I thought I would post some information to some of the questions I have been asked here on my blog and in emails recently.

First and foremost, and I think most important to cover, of course, is my husband coming home. I have received so many cheerful emails and comments! Thank you!

We are still waiting......the countdown of days is in the teens!

I will share a little tidbit of a secret I have planned with the kids for him. I had T-shirts made for the Homecoming Ceremony. They picked one picture of my husband, and we had that put on the shirts. They each chose what to *say* on the shirt, and what font was to be used.

I picked them up yesterday. OMG! I wanted to cry! (I know, I know, those who know me well are saying.....Jenn, that doesn't take much. ha ha ha!)

Anyhoo....He will not have any problem picking us out of the crowd. They will really look so great, and let Dad know how much he is loved.

Oh, yes, yup...there will be TONS of pictures to share!!!

After I posted about how I manage my patience issues with my tote full of cardstock, stamps, ink, etc., I was asked about the case I store my Prismacolor pencils in.

Mine is a black leather zipper case, and they do make them for 12, 24, 72 and 120 pencils, in black & brown leather. I bought my 120 pencil case at Hobby Lobby with a 40% coupon. I had to travel to a couple HL's to find it, but it was worth the hunt!

I have included a link to Dick Blick Art Materials. You can see what they look like.

The Memory Purse. Yes, I did buy one! And, I did make pages to insert in it!

Why haven't I shown you, you ask?

Well, stay tuned! The awesome papers I used are part of a project assigned to ASB's Design Team!

Wanna sneak peek? Well, there are 2 ways to peek!

1) Come to Fort Riley.... I have been using the purse!
2) Look here for a small glimpse of it!
